The lake, approximately 1½ acres and features 2  small islands. The lake is stocked with carp up to 40lbs, sturgeon, double figure zander, pike and specimen tench, perch & roach.

Also on the property is the Hunters Cottage which is full of character.  Exposed beams and stone work add charm. Furthermore, the stone fire place in the spacious lounge is simply impressive. 

The cottage also has a kitchen, dining room, bathroom and on the upper floor 2 bedrooms and wc. 

Within the grounds, there are 3 stables, a large dogs kennel and garage.

Les Bouffetiéres is situated on the Brittany/Mayenne boarders in between the villiages of St Poix and Montjohn, in the region of 53.  The Historical town of Laval offers excellent schools, shops, bars and restaurants.

Les Bouffetiéres is conveniently situated from the Port of St Malo and the airports of Nantes, Rennes and Dinard all within 2 hours.
